KinAlert was created by Jason and Christine Dell, owners of Dell Smart Home Solutions.  Founded in 2002, Dell Smart Home Solutions has become the leading provider of custom home electronics in the Niagara region. 

Having successfully created solutions for hundreds of their clients audio visual needs, Jason and Christine were continually asked to help with a different kind of issue: how to help keep our aging families in the comfort of their home as long as safely possible.

After consulting with doctors, nurses, personal support workers, moms, dads, and kids, Jason and Christine took their strong customer service skills and paired it with proven technologies to create KinAlert.  Founded in 2014, KinAlert is solely focused on helping seniors maintain their independence at home while creating peace of mind for them and their family.
